Morgan County State Representative John Will Stacy says nothing could boost his community’s recovery from the 2012 tornado more than business expansion and development.
The Democrat says not all the shops and businesses gutted by the storm have re-opened, so there’s a great need to reduce unemployment. He is encouraging entrepreneurs and existing businesses to locate in or expand in West Liberty.
Stacy is a life-long resident of West Liberty. He’s finishing his last term in the state legislature.
