Grant Alden's Field Notes
Select Fridays, 8PM and Saturdays, 3PM
Grant Alden's Field Notes is a tour of the highways, byways and cul-de-sacs of American roots music.
Spanning the history of recorded music, each hour-long show is loosely themed and takes a musical journey which may and may not include blues, country, bluegrass, soul, gospel, folk, alt.country and even the odd bit of punk rock. Voiced and written by the No Depression magazine co-founder, Grant Alden's Field Notes seeks to be an audio essay advocating for great and often forgotten music.
