Directions to MSPR
Morehead State Public Radio's (MSPR) main studio is located at 132 Breckinridge Hall on the campus of Morehead State University (MSU) in Morehead, Kentucky. MSPR's main studio is home to WMKY, the flagship station for the MSPR network. MSU is nestled in the foothills of the Daniel Boone National Forest in Rowan County, off Interstate 64 (I-64) and midway between Lexington and Ashland.
From Lexington (KY) on I-64:
Take Exit 137 and turn right on KY 32. Follow signs to Morehead State University. Travel east 2.9 miles to the junction of KY 32 and US 60. Turn left on US 60 at traffic signal B. Travel northeast 0.7 miles and turn left at traffic light D. Proceed to the main entrance to MSU, passing under traffic light I. Drive on University Boulevard, turning right on Battson-Oates Drive. The Baird Music Building will be on your right and Breckinridge Hall will be on your left. Drive one block on Battson-Oates Drive, turning right on Earl Clements Lane. Turn right on A.B. Chandler Place and take an immediate right to the parking lot behind the Baird Music Building. MSPR has a designated parking space for visitors in this parking lot. If the visitor space is occupied, MSPR has a reserved space (#43) on University Boulevard, directly in front of Breckinridge Hall. You must obtain the parking permit from MSPR to park in this space (#43), returning the permit to MSPR when your visit with us is complete.
From Ashland (KY) on I-64:

A visitors permit is not required to park in the MSPR Visitor Space behind the Baird Music Building. However, a visitor's permit is required if an individual wishes to park elsewhere on campus. Free guest permits are available twenty-four hours a day at the University Police Department located in the Laughlin Health Building. For additional parking, a visitor's lot is located adjacent to the Adron Doran University Center (ADUC) and guest passes are available in the ADUC lobby or from the MSU Police Department.
Visitor passes must be displayed according to the parking regulations or special instructions provided by the University Police at the time of issuance. A visitor's parking permit is not considered valid unless it is displayed correctly on the vehicle.
