Carter County Bridge To Be Temporarily Closed

Inspections and roadway patching on KY 773's twin bridges in Carter County will require daytime closures Wednesday and Thursday, April 23-24.

The bridges, located around the 1 mile marker between KY 7 and KY 1 south of Grayson, will be closed to all traffic from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day. Motorists must detour using KY 7 and KY 1 through Grayson, or using local routes.

Road work is subject to change depending on weather conditions. Motorists are asked to heed all warning signs, slow down in work zones and remain aware of workers and construction equipment when traveling.
