WYMT was recognized at the 49th Annual Ohio Valley Regional Emmy Awards in Cincinnati for its broadcast during the tornado outbreak on March 2, 2012.

Greg is a 1996 graduate of Morehead State University with a BME in Music Education and received a Masters of Science in Industrial Technology in 2008.
