The Kentucky Department of Tourism has launched a new campaign that invites travelers to experience different activities across the state. Officials say the ‘Find What Moves You’ campaign is Kentucky’s invitation to everyone to explore the beauty and diversity of the Commonwealth.
The effort is part of the broader New Kentucky Home initiative and is just one of the ways state officials are looking to highlight Kentucky’s natural beauty.
The four key pillars of the program are Exploration, Authenticity, Connection, and Inspiration. Officials say these represent the essence of Kentucky.
Inclusivity is also a central theme of the campaign, which officials said reflects Kentucky’s commitment to creating a welcoming environment for all travelers, regardless of background, ethnicity, or abilities.
Since the beginning of the Beshear administration, 33 tourism development projects totaling an estimated investment of $1 billion have received final approval. Once operational, these projects will create roughly 4,000 jobs.
