The City of Morehead’s annual spring clean-up week is almost here. During the week of April 15-19, curbside large and small trash pickup services will be offered to city residents at no additional cost.
Items that cannot be picked up include tires, paint, oil, and any other hazardous materials. Brush may be picked up for a small fee.
Greg Jones is the City of Morehead Public Works Director. He said the event can be very beneficial to Rowan County Citizens.
“It’s basically just a service we offer every spring for folks to be able to get rid of like extra items,” said Jones.
