Junior guard Aliyah Jeune came off the bench and scored a game-high 28 points to lift Morehead State to a 72-67 win over North Carolina A&T on Friday evening at Corbett Sports Center.
Jeune finished the game 11-for-15 from the field and splashed home 5-of-7 shots from behind the arc in her debut performance as an Eagle against the Aggies.
Morehead State continues play on the road when they travel to Gardner-Webb on Sunday. The Eagles and Bulldogs tip off at Paul Porter Arena at 3:00 p.m. The game will be broadcast on 96.3 WIVY and streamed on ESPN +.
