Kentucky State Police have brought charges against a student at the Elliott County Middle School after receiving a report of a possible explosive device at the building this morning. Rescue crews continue their search for a South Shore man with Alzheimer’s Disease who has been missing for more than a week…and a petroleum analyst says gas prices may fall about 20-cents in Kentucky over the next month.
