Its’ likely more charges will be brought against the five men accused in a fatal shooting in Rowan County last week…That’s according to Detective Toby Gardner of the Kentucky State Police. He says he is continuing his investigation into the murder of 20-year-old Bo Otis.
Gardner says the victim was shot in the head at point blank range in a Clearfield trailer park…
The suspects…Demario Powell, Marcus Stewart, Julius Kolowitz, JaqueAbrams, and Anthony Paysen… all appeared Wednesday at a preliminary hearing in Rowan County District Court. They’re currently charged with murder and theft and continue to be held in the county’s detention center.
