There will be a NO KINGS rally on June 14th at Fountain Park from noon to 2 PM, in protest of the unaccountability of the Trump/Musk administration and its cuts to vital programs that affect people from large cities to small towns and rural areas. It is organized by local citizens and is one of over 1600 events planned
nationwide for this date. Featured speakers include Willie Carver (2022 KY Teacher of the Year, writer and
LGBTQ+ activist) and Dr. Dick Wittberg (epidemiologist, involved with peer recovery programs and Americorps). Music by D.O.O.M., a young local band. Please join us and bring a friend and a sign.
