Sanders Stops In Kentucky, Pushes 'Care Not Cuts'

Senator Bernie Sanders rallied against the GOP's plan to repeal and replace the Affordable Care Act. He spoke last night to a packed house at the Northern Kentucky Convention Center. He called both plans proposed by Republicans “immoral.” One passed in the house earlier this year. It was revamped and now sits in the Senate. He says the plans would leave 23-million Americans uninsured.

Sanders said Kentucky is the state that has benefited the most from the Affordable Care Act. He wants a “Medicaid for all style plan” and called on Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to start working with Democrats.
