Morehead State senior offensive lineman Josh Poe has been selected as a member of the official 2019 Preseason All-Pioneer Football League Team.
Poe, a 6-4 lineman who has played guard and tackle, was a mainstay on the front line last season, starting all 11 games. He was named Honorable Mention All-PFL.
He started nine contests in 2017, helping the Eagles lead the entire PFL in passing yards. Poe redshirted his freshman season in 2015, giving him one more campaign this fall. The Salyersville, Ky., native came to Morehead State after a productive prep career at Magoffin County High School.
Morehead State opens its fall camp on Aug. 1 with the home opener slated for Aug. 29 when Union (Ky.) visits for a 6 p.m. ET Thursday night contest.
