Costume Shop Hosts Charity Event

Leeann Akers

Students, faculty, and staff will have a chance to help with a charity project this week on the campus of Morehead State University.

The Kozy Hamilton Costume Shop in Breckinridge Hall will be open each afternoon, and participants can swing by to help make a stuffed bear for kids in need.

Becky Scott is the costume shop supervisor.  She says the costume construction class does a charity project each semester.

Scott expects a lot of participants during this week’s event.

The shop is open from 1 to 4 each afternoon for the project.  No sewing experience is required, and the project takes about an hour to complete.
