Morehead State sophomore Allison Rager and junior Kylie Holton have been named First Team All-OVC, while junior Chelsea McManaway was named to the All-Newcomer Team. Holton was also named to the All-Newcomer Team.

"I am very proud to see these three players earn honors for their success this season," said head coach David Williams. "Each one of them had a tremendous year and earned a Player of the Week recognition at some point throughout the season. Each one was a key component to our success this season and we look forward to their added contributions next season."

Rager set a school record with a .683 slugging percentage, while her 99 total bases ranked second and her 40 RBI ranked third in school history.

She led the team and ranked fourth in the OVC with a .393 batting average. She also ranked third in total bases, third in slugging percentage, fifth in home runs (9), fifth in triples (3), fifth in runs batted in, and sixth in hits (57). She had 21 runs batted in in league play, which led the OVC.

She had 19 multi-hit games on the year, including three three-hit games, and two four-hit games.

Rager was named to the All-Newcomer Team a year ago.

Holton batted .405 in OVC play, which ranked sixth in the league, and her four home runs ranked fifth. Her .762 slugging percentage in OVC play ranked fourth.

She had five multi-hit games, including two three-hit games.

McManaway set school records and led the OVC with 244 strikeouts and 12 shutouts. Her 12 shutouts ranked second in the nation. She also had four no-hitters.

She ranked second in the OVC in complete games (22), third in opponents' batting average (.193), fourth in innings pitched (162.2), and sixth in wins (16).

It marks the first time since 2009 that Morehead State had two members named First Team All-OVC. The four All-OVC awards are the most since they had six in 2010.

With a 26-22 record, the Eagles finished the season with their first winning record since 2010.
