The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at the University of Kentucky offers educational and enrichment courses, programs and events for a diverse community of learners 50 years of age and older. Spring classes in Morehead include “Appalachia Calling: Demon Copperhead Responds to David Copperfield,” Travel Around the World, and hands on classes in Nantucket Style Weaving and Rush Bottom Chair Weaving. Our special interest groups this term are Great Decisions foreign policy discussion group, a Non-fiction Books group meeting monthly at Coffee Tree Books, Selected TED Talks and The Classic Movie Series at Rowan County Public Library.
