Morehead State University President Wayne Andrews has been named to a committee that’s planning for a December 9th summit on crafting a new, economic strategy for eastern and southern Kentucky. Andrews attended Monday’s press conference in Hazard to announce the effort. That December 9th summit will take place at the Eastern Kentucky Exposition Center in Pikeville.
