Welcome to the University of Kentucky's production of Cabaret, taking place this weekend at the Guineol Theatre on UK's campus. The show is set in Berlin in 1931, where American cabaret singer Sally Bowles, played by Kayla Straud, meets British academic Brian Roberts, played by Jonathan BeeBee. The show tackles their complicated relationship, sexuality, the rise of the Nazi party and prejudice. The show contains strong language and nudity and is for mature audiences only.
