Since same-sex marriage became the law of the land a little over a week ago, some county clerks in Kentucky are still refusing to issue marriage licenses. WUKY’s Karyn Czar spoke with Governor Steve Beshear about the hold outs at the same time a rally supporting one of those clerks was taking place.
