The president of Morehead’s Saint Claire Regional Medical Center says there’s a definite need re-evaluate Kentucky’s managed care system for Medicaid. Mark Neff was among those who attended Wednesday’s forum in Morehead on the challenges facing rural hospitals in Kentucky. It was hosted by State Auditor Adam Edelin.
