The governor says 300,000 people have visited the website of Kentucky’s state run health insurance exchange…www.kynect.ky.gov…and 65,000 have called the toll-free hotline. He says the last major federal health care transformation was Medicare in 1965 and it took a couple of years to work out all the kinks.
Eventually, he says, people will be happy with the ACA.
