Paul Legislation on Duo Candidacy

A state Republican leader is calling a bill approved Tuesday that would allow U.S. Senator Rand Paul to run for re-election and for President simultaneously an “exciting opportunity for Kentucky”. State Senator Damon Thayer of Georgetown sponsored the legislation that passed in the Senate on a largely party-line vote.
