Kentucky Cited in Need for Federal Law

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid is citing the 2012 firing of a Kentucky police sergeant as the reason Congress should pass the Employment and Non-Discrimination Act. Reid says that’s why a federal law is needed. Last month, the Metro Louisville Human Relations Commission ruled that Nave was  discriminated against because of his sexual orientation.
