There are two new members of Morehead State University Board of Regents. They are Craig Preece of Lovely and Kathy Walker of Paintsville. Governor Beshear announced the appointments Thursday.
Preece is a Morehead State University graduate and chief financial officer for Booth Energy.
Walker is president and chief executive officer of Elm Street Resources. She’s looking forward to joining the board and calls MSU a key economic driver for the Appalachian region…
Walker will serve through June of 2020. She replaces Cheryl Lewis, whose term has expired. Preece fills the unexpired term of Wayne Martin who resigned. That term ends June 30th, 2016.
