"Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead" by Tom Stoppard, directed by Octavia Biggs, performs in the Lucille Caudill Little Theatre in Breckinridge Nov. 6th-8th and 13th-15th at 7:30 pm, and Nov. 9th and 16th at 2:00 pm.
"Rosencrantz and Guildenstern Are Dead" reinterprets Shakespeare's "Hamlet" from the perspective of two minor characters, Rosencrantz and Guildenstern. The play follows these two as they navigate the events of "Hamlet", often confused, highlighting themes of fate, free will, and the nature of reality. It's a tragicomedy that explores the absurdity of human existence and the characters' struggle to find meaning in a world they don't comprehend.

Are you interested in local government? Would you like to learn more about how the City of Morehead works? Join us for a City Budgeting Simulation Activity!
In the simulation, you will have the opportunity to roleplay as a member of the City Council of Morehead. No prior knowledge is needed.
We will present a simplified version of the city budget in an easily understandable format. You will have the opportunity to select programs to fund or cut. Additionally, you will choose how the city financially responds to unexpected events throughout the simulated fiscal year.
MPA students Taylor Bishop and Savannah Jackson have been working all semester on developing this fun, engaging, and educational activity for a Community Development class with Dr. Masterson. Come out and support their work!
There will be two events this November: 1) Wednesday Nov. 12th at 4 pm in Rader 102, for MSU students of all majors; and 2) Monday Nov. 24th at 6 pm in the Morehead Police Department Conference Room, for the Morehead community. Everyone is welcome, and all are invited to attend this event.
