The City of Morehead Public Works will close University Street do sidewalk repair. The street will be closed daily from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily, but will reopen in the evening, Tuesday, Sept. 10, through Friday, Sept. 13.
This section of the street runs from the corner at the Methodist Student Center (Wesley Foundation) to Elizabeth Avenue. Employee parking behind the Wesley Foundation and Howell-McDowell Administration Building can still be accessed from the extension of University Boulevard to second street. Parking behind the BCM and Honors House can be accessed as usual from Second Street.
