Protesters gathered in Morehead Sunday, joining thousands taking to the streets across the country, as millions of people continue to express their anger over the U.S. Supreme Court's decision to strike down Roe v. Wade.

Since Friday, all abortions that do not threaten the life of the patient are banned in Kentucky.

Kylie Filacchione is a 17-year-old activist who attended the event.  She expects more opinions to impact her, and those she cares about.

The group plans to wear pink during the Fourth of July Festivities n Morehead and to not spend money this week in protest.  Filacchione hopes that more people will vote in response to Friday’s Supreme Court opinion.
