Morehead State University, along with Downtown Morehead Inc. are hosting Battle of the Bands Saturday, April 20 at the Battson Oates Commons. Ryan McGillicuddy is Associate Professor of Music, Jazz Studies at MSU and an organizer of the event. In this edition of Morehead State Today, McGillicuddy tells WMKY’s Samantha Morrill the event is a full day of jazz by ensembles from across the state.
