The return of the Fazoli’s Freedom Fest in downtown Morehead is set to take place in a couple of weeks.
Scheduled for July 3rd, the Independence Day festivities will get underway at 4:00pm. Food and beverage vendors will be present.
Executive Director of Downtown Morehead Incorporated Tony Pence says there will also be live music played at all corners of the festival.
The day will also mark the grand re-opening of the Morehead History and Railroad Museum, which will be open 11:00am-9:00pm.
Fireworks will be shot off from the Don Greenhill City Park at 9:30pm.
