The Sawstone Brewing Company in Morehead will be celebrating Saint Patrick’s Day this year with a bottle release of a new beer.
Called Finley’s Irish Stout, the brew is barrel aged and will be available in 22 ounce bottles beginning Wednesday. Derek Caskey is one of the owners of Sawstone. He says the release is one of several things that will be going on that day.
Caskey adds the pandemic has left Sawstone with ample time to get caught up with brewing as they now offer 17 of their own concoctions. That’s up from just four brews when they first began operations in late 2019.
