With Rowan County’s first case of Covid-19 confirmed on Thursday, community leaders are hoping residents will do more to follow C-D-C guidelines.

Kentucky is under an executive order that allows just one person per household to enter essential businesses at a time.

Rowan County Judge Executive Harry Clark says local retail outlets are working hard, reminding shoppers of the executive orders.

Clark hopes that residents will use social pressure to encourage those not following the rules to do better.
