As cases of Covid-19 continue to rise in the state, Governor Andy Beshear is urging residents to donate to a new fund to assist people suffering financial setbacks from the coronavirus.
Donations to the new Team Kentucky Fund will be tax deductible. During Beshear’s daily update Monday, he said the number of cases in the state has surpassed 120, as well as confirming the 4th death from the virus. The governor also continued to stress social distancing practices.
Beshear also announced residents can report businesses that are not practicing social distancing and the necessary hygiene steps. Anyone wanting to make a report can call 833-597-2337.
