First responders arrived at Saint Claire Healthcare in Morehead after receiving a call about an active shooter Thursday morning.
Officials put the building on lock down as officers cleared each floor.
Captain Kyle Callahan of the Morehead Police Department said even though no one was in any danger, certain steps had to be taken.
Officials say that as of now there is no reason to believe that there was even a theat.
