School officials say a second student at Rowan County High School is being investigated for terroristic threatening.

Superintendent Marvin Moore says the sophomore was taken into custody Monday evening after students reported a perceived threat during school last week.

Moore says that all threats to students have to be taken seriously.

Police say that the student accused of posting a threating image on social medial was arraigned in juvenile court on Wednesday.    He faces second-degree terroristic threatening charges.
