Quarles Urges Kentucky Taxpayers To "Check Off Hunger"

    Ahead of the April 17th filing deadline, Kentucky’s Agriculture Commissioner has issued public service announcements urging Kentuckians to help fight hunger while filing their state inc​ome taxes.

      Quarles reminds taxpayers that about 1 in every 6 Kentuckians aren’t sure where their next meal will come from at some point during the year, and says “checking off hunger” is a way to help make fresh local foods available to families in need.
