St. Claire HealthCare (SCH) would like to congratulate its 2022 nursing graduates on passing the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) for Registered Nurses. Their hard work and dedication to their chosen profession make them valuable assets to the St. Claire HealthCare family.
“We are so proud of our new graduates’ achievements and look forward to all the amazing things that are yet to come,” said Lerae Wilson, DNP, RN, NEA-BC, CPPS, Vice President of Patient Services and Chief Nursing Officer for SCH. “Dedicated staff members, such as these new graduates, are what allows us to fulfill our mission of proclaiming God’s goodness through a healing ministry to the people of Eastern Kentucky.”
The 2022 graduates include:
· Kaleb Bradley, RN, a Morehead State University graduate. Kaleb joined SCH in July 2021 as a Nurse Extern in the emergency department.
· Stacey Crose, RN, a Morehead State University graduate. Stacey joined SCH in August 2019 as an LPN for the Behavioral Health Unit and then later was a part of the nursing float pool.
· Kaylee Flannery, RN, a Morehead State University graduate. Kaylee joined SCH in June 2021 as a Nurse Extern in the emergency department.
· Emily Gillespie, LPN, a Maysville Community and Technical College graduate. Emily joined SCH in July 2021, originally as a PCA and then as a Nurse Extern on the 3rd Floor North.
· Makenzie Hopkins, BSN, RN, a Morehead State University graduate. Makenzie is new to St. Claire as an employee but completed her practicum here.
· 2nd Lieutenant, Benjamin Hutchinson, BSN, RN, a Morehead State University graduate. Benjamin joined SCH in June 2022 as a Nurse Extern on the 3rd Floor North.
· Codie James, RN, a Morehead State University graduate. Codie joined SCH in June 2022 as a Nurse Extern in the Emergency Department.
· Cassandra Parker, RN, a Morehead State University graduate. Cassandra joined SCH in June 2021 as a Nurse Extern in the Intensive Care Unit. Cassandra also was Chair of the Nurse Extern and PCA Shared Governance during this time.
· Madelyn McElfrish, BSN, RN, a Morehead State University graduate. Madelyn is new to St. Claire as an employee but completed her practicum here.
· Mikka Sheppard, RN, a Morehead State University graduate. Mikka is new to St. Claire as an employee but completed her practicum here.
