Morehead State Public Radio is experiencing some technical difficulties this morning.
Officials with Grayson Rural Electric and East Kentuckly Power say an outage at the Elliottville substation is affecting 2,080 members.
Crews are enroute to the station now and hope to restore power as soon as possible.
