St. Claire HealthCare Hosts Most Successful Signature Event to Date

St. Claire HealthCare

Nearly 300 people dusted off their boots and put on their bling for an evening of fine dining, entertainment, and some of Kentucky’s finest bourbon at St. Claire HealthCare’s 2019 Signature Event: Bourbon, Boots & Bling, presented by the St. Claire Foundation on June 14.

The evening began with an opening reception that included a silent auction, hors d’oeuvres, and an open bar featuring the best bourbon the Bluegrass has to offer, followed by an amazing dinner prepared by St. Claire Catering.

The fun-filled event was highlighted with plenty of laughs courtesy of Dr. Carl Hurley and an exciting live auction hosted by James Benton Pendleton.

“Our deepest thanks to our generous supporters as we were able to raise nearly $42,000, making the event our most successful in 17 years,” said Tom Lewis, St. Claire Foundation Executive Director

“It thrilled us to see that many guests decked out in their cowboy hats and boots – and bling – laughing and enjoying themselves, knowing that they were helping us enhance a St. Claire service that means so much to so many patients,” added Lewis.

Proceeds from the event will support the relocation and transformation of St. Claire HealthCare’s inpatient rehab therapy gym and training space.
