Local businesses still have time to put advertisements in this year’s Rowan County Christmas coloring book and calendar.
The book is distributed at the annual event which provides gifts and food to families for the holidays, but the deadline to put information in is November 1st.
Good shepherds’ printing spokesperson Leslie Sherlin says the book has a variety of participants.

Families can still sign up for the event at the Carl Perkins Center, Monday through Friday from 10 am to 5 p.m. Proof of residency and income are required.
