Drainage improvements will require the temporary closure of KY 324 near Mays Lick in Mason County next week.
Beginning at 8 a.m. on Monday, August 12, Kentucky Department of Highways crews will close KY 324 at the 3.1 mile marker – just east of Huber Lane – and cut through the road to replace a cross drain. The road will remain closed until 3 p.m. on Wednesday, August 15. During the closure, motorists may use US 68 and US 62 to access locations along KY 324.
Road work schedules are dependent upon weather. Motorists should heed all warning signs, and drive carefully by remaining aware of workers and construction equipment at all times.
