Fundraising and membership supports WMKY

NPR

We’re halfway through WMKY’s Spring Fundraiser and Membership Drive.

WMKY is listener-supported and being a member of MSPR is important. The financial gifts we receive and the total number of members helps WMKY receive funding from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting.

Your membership to Morehead State Public Radio helps WMKY purchase:

•African-American Public Radio Consortium - $800/year

•Associated Press - $7,700/year

•NPR’s All Things Considered - $8,500/year

•NPR’s Morning Edition - $17,000/year

•PRI/PRX’s The World - $4,500/year

•Student Work-Study (7 hours) - $60/week

•Transmitter Electricity - $1,800/month

Operational CPM (cost per minute) = $0.77

Operational CPH (cost per hour) = $46.00

Operational CPD (cost per day) = $1,104.00

Call and make your gift today to support award-winning regional news and locally-hosted music programming from Morehead State University.

Phone volunteers are waiting for your call at 606-783-2001 or online using our simple and secure pledge and gift forms at http://www.wmky.org

Thanks so much for your support.
