The annual Book Sale for the Rowan County Public Library will look a little different this year.
The popular event is usually held at the Library, but has been cancelled for two years because of COVID-19 concerns.
Susette Redwine is the Secretary of the Friends of the Rowan County Public Library organization. She says this year’s event will feature boxes of books instead of individual titles.
Redwine says money from the book sale will go toward events held for the community.

The event will take place this Saturday, October 23, from 10 am to 1 pm at 547 West Main Street in Morehead.
