Kentucky state police have arrested a Rowan County man in connection with a shooting Thursday afternoon near Morehead. Ashland will extend water service to about 4,500 Boyd County residents who are customers of the Big Sandy Water District…and two officers at the Chillicothe Correctional Institution have been placed on administrative leave after a prisoner hanged himself.
