"We have three covered bridges remaining in Fleming County...the Goddard Covered Bridge, which the large portion of the festival will take place at...Ringos Mill Covered Bridge and Grange City Covered Bridge. We will have events at Ringos Covered Bridge that day as well." - Crystal Ruark
Ruark says the festival runs from 9 to 5 and includes arts and crafts, food and live music. She says several community organizations will have booths at the event and will be handing out literature about Fleming County.
