The Morehead State women's basketball team hit on 50-of-84 (.595) shots en route to a program record 91-point victory over Kentucky Christian, 119-28, on Monday evening at Johnson Arena.

The 28 points allowed are also a program record for least points allowed in a victory. The Eagles held the Knights to an 11-for-45 (.244) night from the field.

Morehead State had six players score in double figures led by senior guard Darianne Seward's 23-point night. Junior guard Aliyah Jeune added 20 points, marking her fourth outing of at least 20 points in a game.

Rounding out the Eagles in double figures was senior Miranda Crockett with 19, junior Jaleesa Avery notched a career-high 17 points, graduate forward Mckenzie Calvert added 17 on 8-for-8 shooting, and senior Crystal Simmons-Cozar scored 11 points.

Calvert achieved her first-career double-double as an Eagle, adding 11 rebounds to go along with her 17 points. The 5-foot-10 forward was one assist shy of picking up a triple-double, dishing out a team-high nine assists.

Behind Calvert's 11 rebounds, the Eagles dominated the boards by a margin of 44-28.

Kentucky Christian was led by Jordan Holt with eight points.

The Knights fall to 2-10 overall after absorbing the loss. The win improved Morehead State to 6-1 overall in 2017-18.

The Eagles will next be challenged on the road with a matchup against the 25th-ranked Kentucky Wildcats on Wednesday. The teams will tip the ball off at 12:00 p.m. ET at Memorial Coliseum in Lexington, Ky.
