The Rowan County Clerk’s Office is closed to the public, but employees there are continuing to process mail, online transactions and drop-offs.
Elwood Caudill, Jr. is the Rowan County Clerk. He says even with closures in place, his office will continue to provide most services by using a drop-box placed outside the office, calling, or going online to rowan.countyclerk.us.
Anyone who uses the drop-box for to update vehicle registration or title transfers needs to leave a contact number so the Clerk’s Office may call to complete the process.
