Attorney General Andy Beshear wins the Kentucky Governor's seat by a margin of 5,150 votes. Governor Matt Bevin says there "are procedures to follow" indicating he will ask for a recanvass. Senate President Robert Stivers told reporters the decision could also end up in the General Assembly.
