Morehead State football standouts Wade Acey, Khiyree Keith, Cam Marriott and Matt Guilfoil have all been tabbed to the 2022 All-Commonwealth Team, as selected by the Kentucky Pro Football Hall of Fame.

Acey, a graduate student defensive lineman from Perryville, Ky., had 3.0 tackles for loss and 1.5 sacks among his 16 tackles in 2021. He has 36 career tackles, including 4.5 for losses.

Keith, a senior defensive back, is from Washington D.C. He had a stellar 2021 season which saw him lead the team with four interceptions. He also piled up 62 tackles with three in the backfield. He earned Honorable Mention All-PFL.

Marriott, a mainstay on the offensive line for the past four seasons, is from Redlands, Calif. He was named First-Team All-PFL as well as First-Team Academic All-PFL. He helped the Eagles rank mong the top teams in the nation in offensive yardage and particularly the passing game.

Guilfoil is a fifth-year wide receiver from Lexington, Ky. He hauled in 13 passes for 132 yards last year and scored the game-winning touchdown at Marist. He also played a solid role on special teams, serving as holder for kicks and on kick coverage.

The Eagles will gear up soon for the 2022 season, which kicks off Aug. 27 in week zero at Mercer.
