Health Matters struggles to keep up with the numerous pronouncements regarding the Zika virus this week. Zika is a serious threat to unborn babies. We also discussed fitness monitors, high deductible plans, and a lifetime free of diarrhea.

Tip: according to the CDC all pregnant women should consider postponing travel to Central and South America, and men with a pregnant partner who travel to an area of Zika transmission should use condoms or avoid sexual intercourse.
