The police in Harlan are having a little fun at one Disney princess' expense to help them cope with the cold and snow that's wreaking havoc on the Bluegrass State.
The department issued a mock All Points Bulletin for Elsa, the queen in last year's Disney hit Frozen. Earlier this week they made this facebook post. "HPD has issued an arrest warrant for Queen Elsa of Arendelle. Suspect is a blonde female last seen wearing a long blue dress and is known to burst into song 'Let It Go.' As you can see by the weather, she is very dangerous. Do not attempt to apprehend her alone."
The staff and management at WUKY ask that if anyone spots Elsa to please contact Hazard Police.
